About the Author

Jim Kennedy, PhD holds a PhD in chemistry and brings decades of research experience to the challenge of maintaining cognitive vitality. Jim combines scientific rigor with practical application to create protocols that actually work in daily life.

As someone actively maintaining cognitive performance in his 60s, Jim understands both the science and the lived experience. He designs every protocol for adults who treat their mind like the asset it is—something worth training, protecting, and optimizing.
